Product Development at the AI + Automation Lab, Bayerischer Rundfunk (ARD)

I develop AI-driven products at Bayerischer Rundfunk, bridging technology and journalism. My work focuses on workflow automation in the newsroom. We develop AI-assisted video editing tools, automated text condensation for broadcast, and smarter audience interactions.

2020 - 2021

Development of new datadriven products for the dpa

I was part of a team developing new products for the dpa. We were working on automated and data driven formats to create fresh content for the news industry.

2016 - 2020

Google News Lab Trends Team

I was part of the Google Trends Team of Simon Rogers in the Google News Lab. We were helping journalists to use Google Trends as a source for their stories and did several data journalism projects querying Trends with Python and R .
